On Jan. 10th, 2011, China Bistro Chinese Restaurant received the Overall Excellence Award and ranked #23 of Top 100 Chinese Restaurants in USA 2010 at the seventh Top 100 Chinese Restaurant Awards show in San Francisco CA. This is the third consecutive year that China Bistro Chinese restaurant has won the award. The restaurant was ranked #33 of Top 100 Chinese Restaurants in US in 2009. The Top 100 Chinese Restaurants in USA Award was first introduced in 2004 and it has since become a national event for Chinese restaurants industry in the United States. The award show features international chefs from around the world including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Canada and Australia, representing the diversity of Chinese cuisines.
A Hall of Fame Restaurant in the Lakes Region: Local Chinese Restaurant Receives Prestigious National Honor
January 9th, 2012¡ªOne hundred Chinese restaurants across the US were awarded a prestigious ¡°Top 100 Chinese Restaurants in the US¡± award at the 8th Annual Top 100 Chinese Awards Show & Conference at the Santa Clara, CA Convention Center. This award is widely considered the highest achievement in the Chinese culinary world in the US. Many Chinese restaurants have received this award during the last eight years, but only nineteen restaurants were honored with an induction into the Hall of Fame.
This year,China Bistro is inducted into the Hall of Fame¡ªthe only restaurant in the State of New Hampshire to receive this honor.
"We¡¯re so honored to be recognized with this award.¡± said Lin, owner of China Bistro, to the news media during an interview after the awards ceremony. ¡°With over 46,000 Chinese restaurants in the US, we are proud to be honored with this prestigious award. Their hard work and determination are the reasons that we have received this honor.¡±
